The Tournament Organizing Committee determines seating categories for each of the 10 World Cup stadiums.  Each seat in each stadium will be categorized based on quality of viewing experience into 1 of 3 categories.   Seats in highest demand, with unrivaled viewing locations, will be slotted into Category 1. Conversely, seating behind the nets more distant from the action on the pitch will be slotted into Category 3.   Each Stadium and match will receive a unique category allotment. Descriptions provided below are to be used as general guidelines for understanding World Cup seating.  Actual seating arrangements are decided by the Tournament Organizing Committee and are not guaranteed to match the descriptions below.  All World Cup tickets will have their respective category printed on them at issuance.

Standard Package Seating Categories

Category 3 - Seating in the upper level ends, behind the nets
Category 2 - Seating in the upper and lower level corners
Standard Category 1 - Seating in the upper level along both sides of the pitch and lower level goal-lines
Premium Category 1 - Guaranteed seating in the lower level along both sides of the pitch
